Didn’t have high expectations since traveling through but seeing garbage on floor not moved from a heavy traffic area from the previous night is gross

"Awesome service great customer service from all staff Terese, the manager, the other staff Jose, Roger, Juan, and night"

Teresa, the manager , was awesome , very friendly, helpful great customer service. The remaining staff , Jose, Roger, Juan, & the night time staff member all awesome. Helped us with every need we had . I highly recommend this facility. We stay for over a week, while our house was ready to be moved into . Love this comfort inn it’s clean , parking lot clean felt secure with cameras

I would definitely not stay here again. TERRIBLE location, basically under the highway overpass. It’s surrounded by dilapidated abandoned buildings, tents, and makeshift housing for homeless. I felt very unsafe. The bathroom was so small that the door couldn’t open if someone was occupying it! There was barely enough room to put our suitcases on the floor.

The floor above creaked when anyone walked. Crackheads on the other side of I40. Made us uneasy with a parking lot sign that said, "Park at your own risk." That said, we had no problems. Beds comfy. Shower hot and clean.
