Residence Delta

We stayed in the studio unit which has a great sea view with large balcony. The unit itself is looking a little tired and could do with a revamp. The entrance is underwhelming. We chose this unit to have the option to use the cooking facilities, however, despite having a cooktop there were no pots, pans, plates etc to have the option to have dinner at home. There was a microwave but no dishes to use in it. Lots of empty cupboards. No soap or shampoo provided, except for one soap dispenser on bathroom sink.

Lovely on-site staff and beautiful views, though quite a walk from the main town and any shops.

Great view and balcony. Nice layout. Bed and pillows could be better. Overall very nice .

Loved the beautiful sea view from the room. Quiet and peaceful. Nice neighborhood and quaint town. Only issue was Expedia made it difficult to get a hold of the owner when checking in. We were a bit confused but eventually Peter showed up to let us in. Great from there on out.

Excellent place with awesome views!

This stay was beautiful. It is in Cavtat which is a cute little town (about a 15 mn walk to the center) and 40 minute bus ride to Dubrovnik which only costs 4€. It was clean and well kept. The views were insanely amusing. The host was very attentive and accommodating.

Nice property. Beautiful views of the sea. Excellent pool and apartment. Not easily walkable but walked down the hill and took taxi back up.

Wow. Pool overlooking the Adriatic - great clean quiet suite. The short walk down the hill to the waterfront with restaurants and an amazing walking trail along the water! Recommend moving hotels on your last night before flying out of Dubrovnik to this one and enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway vs the crowds in the city...6 min taxi to airport
