All good except towels provided. It would be nice to have kitchen towel or napkins. It would be nice to have coffee provided.

Room 3 was spectacular with glass wall to the Adriatic.

Modern property with great view and location. Responsive owner. Overall great experience. Furniture was nice, but fabric furniture should be cleaned. Cushions had a few stains.

Good apartment not too far from the town centre. The host was excellent and friendly. Only downside is the place is located up quite a steep hill from the coast.

We had a wonderful stay with the most beautiful view of the sea. The sunset was amazing.

Apartment is nice but a few improvements could make it great. The views are stunning and great to watch the sunset from the balcony. Location is good but very steep hill to go down to Cavat. The pool area needs work, lose decking, broken decking and nails make it quite dangerous, additionally the pool was slimey on the bottom. We stayed in a 2 bed but the 2nd bedroom was tiny with a small window towards the top of the wall so no view and very dark. Think issues may be linked to it being end of season.

The property is located a 15min walk to the centre of Cavtat (uphill on the way back but manageable- can also take a quick taxi if needs be) which is a quieter town 30min drive from Dubrovnik. The town has a bunch of lovely restaurants, bars and little shops. The property was gorgeous, we stayed in the studio apartment and had all the necessary equipment needed in the kitchen along with modern amenities in the room (smart TV, lovely big bed). But the best part of the room was the amazing views! My favourite part of the holiday was just having a quiet coffee and breakfast overlooking the sea. We also had a couple nights with lightning storms which was beautiful to watch from the balcony. The pool on the complex also had unreal views of the sea and was very well kept with enough sun loungers for all the apartments. Maro was our contact for checking in and he made us really welcome and explain everything about the apartment well. He was easily contactable for information. Overall would return to this apartment whenever I'm back in the area!

Amazing experience at Delta Residence in duplex apartment. The views were stunning, the accommodation stylish, spacious and very comfortable. Maro was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. He was able to easily organise cars for us on two occasions (from airport, and to Dubrovnik). The pool itself is wonderful, overlooking the beautiful coastline, but the decking is a bit tired in places and could do with some repairs. Cavtat is a 15 min walk away up/down steep hills. However the views down to the harbour at sunset are well worth the walk. Cavtat has the best sunsets! It’s a gorgeous place - great spots to drink and eat overlooking the harbour view. The beach was a gem too - crystal clear waters with breathtaking mountainous backdrop. Just watch out for the sea urchins!
