Don’t Book. Bathroom is lined with black mold the plumbing leaked everywhere the carpet and furniture was cut/torn up the was cigarette burns everywhere the bed was covered in bed bugs. We were never given towels. No trash can trash bags nor ice available. The pool that was advertised has been shut down for over 4 years now and counting. They still refuse to give a refund even though we did not stay due to the conditions. Giant Scamm

When I showed up I was told I couldn’t check in for another five minutes, so I told the front desk I’d wait at a chair and that I’d like to check in immediately. With two minutes to go the person left for 15 minutes. I had to use their ring doorbell to get their attention. When they got there they had multiple issues with my reservation and demanded to know my children’s first and last names. At various times this person also questioned my signature and insisted I was spelling MY WIFE’S name wrong, despite it being correct in the reservation. The rooms weren’t labeled, my two rooms reserved under the same reservation were at opposite ends of the hotel, and the pool (advertised) had been out of operation for “two to three years”. My rooms toilet didn’t flush, my wife’s shower didn’t work, but they’d overbooked somehow and so a room change was out of the cards. There’s a broken elevator, restaurant is closed, and my daughter’s bed had bugs. People got arrested outside. People yelling inside. Moldy bathrooms covered with paint. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel is disgusting. The pictures are stock photos, not from the hotel. There is no pool, no restaurant, and it's filthy. The balcony windows are scuzzy. The desk chair was on the patio, covered is white stains. The hotel smelled VERY strongly of marijuana. The ancient microwave was yellow with smoke stains. The carpet was pulled up in many places, tattered and an unhygienic tripping hazard. We were so grossed out buy the crumbling, stinky, filthy room, we didn't look in the bathroom. I can't imagine what horrors were in there. DO NOT stay here. It's unsanitary, unclean, and unsafe.

No breakfast whatsoever and no pool and advertised that there was

The room itself was very nice and clean. The pool has been closed from the health department. Which was a huge bummer because it rained and we were unable to do our scheduled plans which is why I chose this hotel as a back up plan.

Worst place I’ve ever stepped foot in. Blood stain on the sheets and I left in 2 mins of being in there. Still waiting on a refund. Avoid this place at all cost

Their property was in bad condition the room looked as if it had not been cleaned it is completely out dated and the area it’s located seems to be run down and in poverty. I would not recommend staying there.

Take in mind POOL & BREAKFAST isn’t available. Clean bed and rooms. Can’t complain for the price. Just disappointed about the pool. It looks like it used to be a beautiful hotel.

Worst stay EVER! Clerk tried to steal the deposit after checking the room. Never came back to the desk. Hallways stink no pool no breakfast no Wi-Fi as advertised. Just an all around horrible experience

Okay, so it all started in the parking lot - very sketchy neighborhood and i dont get the creeps easily. Trying to check in, we had to ring a camera doorbell and the host took a while to get up to the door. Then after getting checked in, had to put a cash deposit down for our keys, which was strange... then the host led us to our room and the door was already open. Which was incredibly unusual to me. The shower looked like someone just didnt care to scrub it, ever. They enforce a "quiet time" but until that time IT WAS SO LOUD! screaming, doors slamming.. ridiculous. Not to mention at about midnight, it sounded like someone was drilling through the wall next door! And then ALL NIGHT LONG, sounded like there was water dripping in the ceiling. Got a poolside room but the pool was shut down. There was NO breakfast as it advertises. Felt like this hotel which was probably once a very nice hotel has turned into a flop house. I do not recommended staying here.
