Breakfast was great but my room keys wasn’t working because door battery was dead. I couldn’t move original room( 2 queen room) til third day. I was in 1 king bedroom 2 adults and 1 kid. Front desk supposed to call me. I left my number twice and talked couple people. They never called me. I suppose to get discounts I still not get it. We will see. And room wasn’t clean. We see couple spiderweb. Pool was dirty. Only location was good.

Had multiple times of trouble and inconvenience with door issues keys to rooms do not read appropriately took over an hour to finally get in a room after it had been switched ac also had issues The room stayed hot during the day.

Breakfast was very good. And the lady at the breakfast was exceptionally good

Room smelled and bathroom was extremely moldy. Bathroom door needed painting and room not cleaned. The phone and clock had a year's worth of dust and the bathroom could not be moldier. So I ran to Walmart and bought ZEP Mold Remover and sprayed half the bottle in the bathroom ( go check it out how I left it the shower! ) I also bought a can of bed bug spray because as I entered the room I felt feet bites. I sprayed the entire can and left the room the rest of the day. I had no other choice to stay elsewhere but it was a bad experience. Room 117

Your staff is so kind🩷 we had to ask for towels and toilet paper they always helped us the minute we ask🩷

verything was on point the two main things I had a problem with was the breakfast was not like what is on the wed site. But it was good enough for sure😊 But my main thing is everyone at almost every corner was smoking marijauna (weed) the smell is always so strong. If I could make a suggestion I would put security there to keep all the drugs from being smoked there if I didn’t return that would be my main reason for not returning . But your staff everyone of them were so kind🩷

need house keeping i was there 3 days no house keeping was done need alot of work around property

The Door keys don’t work unless staff let you in. Mold under sink an where towels placed. Mold under refrigerator area an in lots of places. No ventilation in entire room. The toilet chain was off twice. The carpet was never vacuumed an needs replaced. The manager Stephanie is long over due an needs to be replaced with a professional attitude towards her staff an customers. The hotel is very old an rusted literally. The fee is overpriced extremely for good an service. The maintenance man that helped us after the one who couldn’t bend down was helpful but overworked an under appreciated it seemed.
