Ramada by Wyndham Jacksonville Hotel & Conference Center

Location was perfect for where we needed to be and the staff were amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding.

It took 2 days to get into our room by ourselves. For 2 days staff had to pry the door open with a screw driver. I was unable to close the door but my partner was strong enough to slam it closed which the. Shook the surrounding rooms. Very dated for a Ramada and not the quality I have ever seen. Breakfast was same every day and served on paper plates with plastic utensils which is incredibly wasteful.

Nothing I did not stay there and you did not refund my money

Key card entry failed, wasn’t able to enter room, & had to leave property to a different hotel.

Absolutely horrible. Key and computer system so old the clerk could not program a key for the room I reserved. We set off on a 45 minutes long tour of the place while she tried key after key in room after room. Once she finally did get one to open she couldn't give me my own key to the place. Room was a biological disaster. Stains. No smoke detector. We ran away and now await Expedia to get me a refund. will also be calling Jacksonville fire department to report the fire trap.

Our manager was great and helpful, but we showed up to no rooms available and no key cards working. It took about an hour to troubleshoot everything before we had to go find another place to stay. The upside was that Morgan the manager did everything she could do and stayed very patient. Her calmness helped the situation stay smooth even though it was a real upset for all of us.

Room key was messed up , room wasn’t up to part , it smelled and ac was working then moved us to another room and it wasn’t all that either we were suppose to say for 2 nights but checked out Saturday

The Breakfast.

The Door keys did not work even after several attempts. I had to make two trips to front desk to enter the room. Then they changed me to another room, which also did not open easily !!! The staff made some silly explanations about why the door keys did not work. They were either ignorant, or were trying to pull a fast one on me !!

Kids run wild there and it smells like weed at every corner. They will be sitting out by the pool smoking it

Staff was excellent. Very easy going.
