Ramada by Wyndham Jacksonville Hotel & Conference Center

No one was at the front desk to check me in had to wait over 10min to get check-in. Once I get to my room my room key DID NOT work at ALL. Had to go back to the front office, she rekeyed the card and came with me to see if the key would work. But no luck with the key. The lady at the front desk said she would bring me back my card in a few min. Well she did not. If the keys are not working why rent the rooms OUT.

There was mold in the property, the keys didn’t work so we had to wait for maintenance to let us in in 95 degree weather and I’m pregnant. Rooms smelled of cigarette and marijuana, walls and doors were dirty, there was trash in the floor and could not get hand towels the front there was no soap lotion shampoo conditioner at the sink and in shower. Room had to be disinfected before sitting breathing in it.

Most of the staff is pretty amazing, especially for the issues they were dealing with as far as the keys not working and having to walk a lot of guests to their rooms to use the master key to let them in

My room didn't have a desk chair, the TV was broken, which btw I stayed at least a week but this app wouldn't allow me to change my dates so I just did it through the front desk every morning, and it was impossible getting clean bedding and towels and wash clothes. And of course 4 days into the stay the breakfast gets cancelled due to something with the health department. And because of their key issue my first few days I spent at least 4 hours altogether walking back and forth between the front desk and my room all the way upstairs and on the other side of the building. I also couldn't get a room with a single king bed and had one with 2 queens because of the original key issue. Overall not the best experience, but in the past I've never had any issues. Granted it's been at least a year since I've stayed here.

So pathetic

Hotel is filthy needs paining toilets don’t flush customer service below standard pool area dirty no ice in vending machine paint peeling in rooms pillows need replacing
