Room key didnt work so they had s maintenance man try to open it with a screwdriver!

The staff was rude mold in the room locks on doors did not work musty smelling rooms drug addicts walking the property

We got a full refund after walking in then immediately walking out !!!

The room was dirty and the locks didn’t work on EVERY room !!! The rooms had to be opened by staff with 2 pry bars while everyone staying there was taught how to break into ANY room !!!!

There were no room keys for any rooms , we had to be let in via screw driver as well as all other rooms. We had to switch rooms multiple times due to power outage in room and backed up toilet. There was stains on the bedding , we were told there were no replacement sheets or bedding available. We couldn’t attend the comedy show due to the fact we felt unsafe to leave anything in the room unattended. In fact while standing outside at car , someone walked in our room and shut the door with our belongings inside.

The pool was empty, so it was easier to swim. ONE front desk lay was actually helpful.

Literally everything. The first desk clerk was not helpful at all. The key cards didn't work, so we constantly had to wait on staff to break in our rooms with a screwdriver. The staff was loud and fairly rude, honestly. And the ROOM?!?! Mold EVERYWHERE!!!! My son has asthma and we couldn't stay in that room. It was disgusting. A/C didn't work. You could SMELL the mildew when you walked in. Previous guests' trash was still in the trash can. No towels. No nothing. It was like they'd come in, made the beds, and walked out. It was the WORST hotel room I have ever seen!!!! I had an additional room for my sister and her family. Hers was okay, but mine was TERRIBLE. And the staff didn't help with squat. They left us waiting for over 30 minutes before they came to let us in our rooms at one point. It was a terrible experience, and I will never be back.

Usually I stay here a lot. The second time I've stayed there recently and once again the AC did not work in my room , keys did not work. Anytime you had to get into your room you had to call main so they could come in and break into your door to let you into your room

Hotel staff was VERY friendly.... even having some key problems through the whole hotel they were on top of it helping everybody be safe and comfortable. The pool was really nice...even has a kiddie pool.

The prices for the comedy show ... should be cheaper for guests.... the prices for the extras here were crazy.

This is the worst hotel we booked and we cancelled the booking because room door security keu was Not working n we were not told before Also the room was stinky and smelly
