"Drug dealers and prostitutes"

Everything! When we first arrived the staff was new and helpful. When we got to our rooms we noticed the drug dealers and prostitutes in the rooms and parking lot. When we woke up the next morning a cleaning lady showed us fresh needles by a garage can on the ground next to one of our rooms. The next night same thing more drug dealers and prostitutes. The rooms were smelly, half didnt have locks or a/c. The only reason we stayed is they refused to refund and there were 3 other people with rooms in our group. This is the absolute nastiest trashiest hotel ever. When the management allows the drug dealers and prostitutes to work so they can get a kick back as we were told from staff members! Do not stay here!

Very dirty room. Floor, countertops covered in grime. AC didn’t work. Had trouble getting towels. Prostitution going on. Dirty needles outside the rooms.

Always clean and always friendly service . I feel safe and at home here due to the staff. Pool is great , rooms are clean . Breakfast is on point .

"DO NOT STAY HERE"

No wash clothes, hand towels or shower mat provided (even after request). I left my gold bracelet on the nightstand when I checked out. I called few hours after I checked out. They had already cleaned the room and stated they did not find any bracelet. I called the hotel for days, each time asked to speak with a manager. Each time a person got on the phone, claiming to be a manager/supervisor. They all said the exact same thing “no one has turned anything into me” I was told I would need to speak with the housekeeper manager, then was transferred to their extension, the phone just rang. I was told multiple times by different managers that they would call me back, they never did. Every time I spoke to a manager, they would tell me they never heard anything about a missing bracelet. I even called corporate customer and opened up customer service claim. I was advised by corporate that they couldn’t do anything because the hotel I stayed at was privately owned. When the housekeeper manager finally called me, she stated that no one had turned any bracelet into her. She stated that there is a lot of drug users that walk around that property, that could have broken into the room. I finally had to get law enforcement involved. Whoever entered the room after I checked out, took the bracelet that I know for fact, was left on the night stand in plain view. Even after week from when I checked out, the hotel manager claimed that she knew nothing about a missing bracelet. Horrible

"Smoke and Mold battle With Flea referee! "

The lobby was catfished. It looked pretty decent. Stephanie who helped us was nice. We went to our room and it was horrible! It smelled like cigarette smoke and mold battling which was going to stink more. First thing we checked was the bed. Sheets were white and clean. Carpet was Nasty. Bathroom was old but somewhat clean. Had flip flops on looked down had FLEAS on me. Went out and went to desk. She offered to move us and I said NOPE! She said they would refund me. We will see.

I rated this place on their website. Man, I was appalled by the state of the room. The bed had big hole in the middle of it, we had to go to Walmart to get vinegar and clean the shower head. So I don’t even need to tell anything else. The tub was just nasty. We were supposed to start 2 nights, but checked out the next day. We booked it for convenience because we had a comedy show in the same building, never again.

Check in was a horrible experience. It took 55 minutes to check in. 55 minutes to get a key. That's horrible service. Also checking out there was no customer service either, although I did not have to wait 55 minutes to check out.

I should have read the reviews! The worst thing about my stay was the smell and then i took a clorox wipe to the nightstand and it was literally black with my hand print on the wipe . Thats bad ! All the surfaces were the same.The best thing was the shower which was ablessing after staying here.Sorry Ramada we wont be staying again.

My check-in experience was confusing, as the lobby had very loud music and there was no one at the reception desk. I had to look around to find someone to assist me. The room I received had a bad smell, probably due to the old and stained carpet. The bathroom was outdated, with a bathtub that had a dirty bottom and black grout. It was impossible to take a shower without wearing sandals. For the price charged, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but at the very least, the place should be clean and have a more pleasant appearance. I will not return to this hotel.
