Ramada by Wyndham Jacksonville Hotel & Conference Center

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE! Waited almost 30 minutes at an abandoned check in desk for someone to show. We were checked in by the awesome housekeeping manager, not even her job. When we did get a room it was old and smelly. Most of the plugs didn't work, no outlets for charging cords. When we got up to take shower at 6:00 in the morning we discovered we had no towels, no shower chair (which we asked for for my mobility challenged spouse. Room was absolutely deplorable. Definitely not up to the quality of a Wyndham property.

Bed was too hard for my wife and i. We woke up with sore backs

The room was not what we not clean carpet was had stain the room was not to our liking

It was the worst stay ever. Room was old and not clean. Sticky floor, dirty toilet, door doesn't close in bathroom, sharped paint everywhere, shower without shower head...😞 Breakfast ok.

Location is perfect, you don't have to get in all extreme traffic to go out & get what you need. There are plenty of store & restaurants on the same side as the hotel with way less traffic.

l've been to this hotel many times with good experiences & the older lady Mrs Stephanie would always make sure l had a good clean room, & she would go above & beyond to make sure my room was legit, but for some reason this time the younger Mrs. Stephanie was in charge. The 1st room they put me in had mildew & bugs, the 2nd room had a strong musty odor, the 3rd room they put me in was a reserve, but it was much cleaner than my previous rooms. l don't know if they have a knew staff, new management or what, but l just wasn't satisfied this visit. Hopefully it was just a 1 time experience.

Staff was rude the restaurant was closed by the health dept. i left a day early because the carpet was stained ,the ceiling had water stains, the toilet ran all night. I walked outbof the room on the last day and was greeted by a large dog throwing up and having loose stool in front of the day. It never got cleaned up

the property is right off the highway and there are nice restaurants and bars nearby

my ac in my room didn’t work well. it was hot and the ac made loud noises that made it hard to sleep
