"Always a great experience at Pullman Terranga"

Pullman Terranga is my go-to hotel in Dakar whenever I stop over on business. Hotel is chic, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the food is great - tip - try the grilled grouper with butter sauce - my compliments to the chef! Also, thank you in particular to Mr Ali Sow at check-out who remembered me and was so helpful with the process at the front desk. It was very late at night as I was going to airport. Look forward to staying again soon.

NOT PROFESSIONAL & LIARS THEY HAVE TRANSFERRED US TO ANOTHER HOTEL WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. TELLING US THAT THEY HAVE TECHNICAL WATER ISSUE IN THE ROOM. THE TRUTH IS THAT THE HOTEL WAS FULL.

Did not find the level of overall value would expect with a Pullman property. Room was dark, dirty, stain on headboard, dirt on floor, knicks on wall. Strong food odor in hallway on floor. Umbrellas at pool not properly weighted and blew over - bumping head while laying on deck chair. Staff inside not helpful with getting ice. Front desk staff were delightful, helpful with luggage and very friendly during check in and out. They were bright spot during the stay.

The property is superb. The facilities are amazing including the fitness center and the multiple pools. The design of the hotel is excellent. The staff and service are incomparable. I highly recommend.

"Awesome"

Staff is friendly and super attentive. Overall great customer service. Highly recommend. The location is great right in the middle of dakar. Accessible to all major attractions. The restaurant/bar is my favorite. Good food good drinks.

Very comfortable stay. Good hotel choice for Dakar. Housekeeping staff Maria made sure the room was comfortable and well kept for the whole 13 days stay. Breakfast was good, though buffet dinner could have better options. Will definitely stay in Pullman if back in Dakar.

"Delightful and comfortable stay in retro 1970s decor"

Very helpful and charming staff. Beautiful pool area by the ocean. Delicious and well prepared food, creative cocktails, great list of wines by the glass. Excellent location downtown near many landmarks. Retro 1970s decor.

Looks a little worn/tired in places. Spa ambiance not quite on par.
