The room and the room service were fine

All was good.

Restaurant was good

Hyper overpriced. Terrible WiFi. Serious problems with payment/credit card machine that did not work

Location, security, pool, friendly staff

Not enough beach for swimming. Lack of microwave in the room. Front desk staff referred to kitchen room service staff to assist with reheating leftovers from the previous night’s purchase. The staff never came to the room.

I had a small cozy room with the ocean view. The staff is super nice, helpful, polite- special thanks to Ms Aminata( she made my stay really beautiful! ) The food is super tasty, thanks to Chef Sow- his team is super professional and food is delicious! Beach is few steps away. Area around the hotel is clean and safe. Thank you to all staff for great hospitality!

I recently stayed at the Pullman Dakar for holiday. First it is in a great location to move around Dakar. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Initially, we booked a room with two beds but when I arrived to the room it was one. Camara immediately rectified the issue and moved me to a room with two beds. He was friendly and accommodating. The entire staff was accommodating. Alex and Bamba at the bar. I would return and stay again. JoJo

Decent hotel, close to banks for changing money, and walking distance to Kermel Market and to Goree Island Ferry. Paid up for an Atlantic view room.
