I didn't like that. I had to clean a toilet just to be in the room. Ask for a different room. That toilet was dirtier and tub was dirty, so I went back to the original room. Overall it was a nice stay I would like to see the hallway carpets cleaner and deep steam but inside the room was comfy

Wow, this hotel top the list of negative reviews. My family and I recently stayed here in Aug 2025. We were attempted to cancelled our booking because of all the bad reviews. We were scared to stay there. We were there for an big event. All the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This hotel was fully booked as well, they were short staffed. They had a pregnant women working at the front desk that seems a bit overwhelmed. The hotel is not as pictured as the website described. The elevator was temporarily out of service. We had to climb 2 sets of stairs with our luggage to get to our room. The hallway was filthy. The room , surprising seems to be cleaned. Only one bed look like the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. The bathroom was a little dirty, with hair and some mold. The towels were dirty with brown stains and long black hair on them. I asked for clean towels and was told that they were doing laundry and will bring them as soon as possible. Breakfast seems to run out very quickly, not a lot of choose from. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay overall. Did not experience what most people said about the hotel. Needless to say, its still very dirty, and the staff didn't seem too friendly.

Worst hotel experience ever They gave me a dirty room that had clearly been used before. There were no bed sheets, a box of beer left inside the room, and the bathroom was filthy with wet towels. On top of that, when I asked for a refund due to these unacceptable conditions, they refused to give me my money back. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Comfort wise I was okay cleanliness it leaves a bit to be desired it's an older Hotel I guess they're managing the best they can the staff has been great

The Staff made a huge difference, starting with Robert, Tiffany and Vanessa ( front desk) and the housekeeping workers, everyone was very helpful and attentive.

Bed bugs

The Pool wasn’t opened although this morning when I called I asked about the Pool and they said they had one yet didn’t mention it was closed.

Elevator out. Stayed 3 nights

Horrible!!! Old furniture a ring around the tub. Dirty carpet in the hall ways. Also did not even stay checked out 3 hrs after checking in.

It was okay
