Spacious, light and airy, beautifully maintained with lots of care put into ensuring you have everything you need. Absolutely fantastic! When in Lincoln we only want to stay here 😊

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The location, setting and then the apartment itself was beautiful. Everything was thought of. We didn’t want to leave.

Not one thing.

Wots not to like! Fabulous house, we had apt 1 on ground floor opening out onto the fabulous garden from sitting room and bedroom. Hosts were welcoming and fabulous, opulence comes to mind. Set in the historic canwick area which is so peaceful but so close to lincoln city centre. Beef eater within walking distance was great for food. Parking great. Words aren't enough really.

Apartment One at the Dower House is one of the best equipped, most stylish and most comfortable places we have stayed in over many years of using self-catering accommodation. We expected to pick up the keys from a lock-box but instead were met by Neill who welcomed us and showed us around. We felt immediately at home and would happily recommend the apartment to anyone.

The bed and pillows were a bit soft for me but it's impossible to satisfy everyone and this was a very minor niggle.

The apartment was amazing. Spacious and beautifully presented, as was the whole of Dower House. Neil, our host, was friendly and helpful. Even though we were only staying for 2 nights everything you could want to settle in quickly had been provided, including a welcome cake. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
