The room was incredibly clean and the pillows were excellent.

The hallways and elevators were filthy. The shower curtain was the wrong type for the design of the shower and did not protect the bathroom from filling with water. The light over the bathroom sink strobed/flashed. The cleaning staff were incredibly rude each morning, forcing their way onto occupied elevators, removing the "do not disturb" sign and then harassing us before checkout, loudly slamming doors. And the bar was exceptionally expensive. $16 for a beer is insane. Terrible stay, terrible hotel

"Noisy road; terrible bar and restaurant"

We picked up two family members at the airport, dealt with lots of traffic, and arrived at the hotel very tired at about 9:00 pm on a Friday night. The room with 2 queen beds was fine. We just wanted to have dinner in the hotel bar and then go to bed. For others in a similar situation I suggest avoiding the hotel bar and food. We saw that the food menu was overpriced (not a huge surprise), but we hoped it would be good. Unfortunately, the food quality was just okay to poor. When the iced tea arrived, the color was wrong. The hotel waiter/bartender explained that it was iced chamomile tea. Seriously. We were too tired to complain about the tea and drank it. Worst of all he charged us mocktail prices for iced tea. The bill included an 18% service charge for our food and drinks for four people. I asked him about that. He said it was an automatic service charge or tip even though there was an additional space for a tip. He had provided incredibly poor service and was usually on his phone. I had to get up several times for more water. I did not provide an additional tip on top of the automatic 18%. The next day I asked the front desk about the obligatory service charge. They said this service charge was normal. I wish I had noticed the hotel-provided earplugs on the bedside table. The cars and motorcycles were very noisy almost all night.
