"Good stay, good location, friendly & helpful staff"

In the city center. Walking distance to local brand shops. Staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms spacious & clean. Booked to sleep for 3 persons, but the 3rd person has to sleep on the sofa. However, they provided extra blanket & pillow, towel & slippers (upon request). Wide spread of food for breakfast. Good communication between duty manager & guest (pre-arrival & during stay).

Should have prepared in advance all the necessary things needed for the 3rd person should the room be booked for 3 pax.

"Outstanding food, exceptional hospitality"

We were truly moved when saying farewell to the staff at MOMO Café, the front desk, and the lobby during our checkout it was such a touching moment that it even brought tears to our eyes. We have been traveling across Indonesia for two months, and the food at MOMO Café is definitely among the top we have enjoyed in Java. Most of all, we are deeply grateful for the incredible kindness of the MOMO Café team. Special thanks to Pandu at the hotel lobby for his warm, professional service, and to all the other staff members for their hospitality and generosity. The room condition was also excellent. We wholeheartedly support the people of Indonesia, wish them healing, and hope that the hotel staff will always be happy.

"Wonderful stay!"

The stay was very nice, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of variety and very tasty. Staff is very welcoming and friendly! One of them is Adika at the frontdesk. Had a great stay and will repeat in the future
