I was received by Nessa upon check in. She was attentive, allowing me to personally check me in the hotel, as there was a queue at the reception. Coincidentally, she anonymously also reached out to me via the bonvoy app to ensure a smooth check in prior to my arrival. While checking-in she provided all the necessary details clearly and warmly showed me the way to my room. I was satisfied with the service, however the showers in the room, and carpet needs a refresh as it is visibly worn. Overall decent.
