The check in process was absurd! Over 20 minutes. The pool was dirty and closed. No ice machine. TV didn't work due to weak internet.

The renovation

The people very rude and not nice . And the fact that it's 12:32 I checked out at 11:00 and still have not received my deposit back and I cannot Uber to my next destination without my deposit money.
