Je n'ai rien aimé puisque je n'ai pas eu le code de ma chambre et que j'ai payé pour rien car ils n'ont pas voulu me rembourser ! Je n'ai pas pu dormir là bas, j'étais à la rue à 1h du matin

Dirty, unkept, unprofessional staff, especially the wanna be manager that stays hidden, rude, and office is unavailable at all times all hours pathetic...Kristy...Jessi...to name a few...its wild how the crooked ass owner tries to charge and operate this place as if it were a 5 star property when its a no star property its in the damn hood and home to many drug dealers....they fire the only manager that made a huge impact to replace her with someone who is clueless and the property in sad sad shape....want to operate and be proud of a true succesful business stop staffing with those who are dillusional believing they are great big fish dominating in itty bitty ponds..When a place of business is scrubbing the bottom and cant be recognized by the BBB....Thats the indicator....

Can't get hold of staff on the phone. Went to the front office multiple times and the door was locked. Room 220 had black mold above the window.
