Friendly, clean, polite staff & right in the middle of all the best restaurants and entertainment!! No need to drive your can walk everywhere.

Room was excellent except it was a adjoining room and the occupants door were noisy, Don’t know if all rooms are adjoining in the hotel , I m sure the front desk could have done better Also most hotels I stayed at would compliment you a couple of bottles of water As a Platinum I expected better treatment

Great value, nice and clean. Very new property still working out bugs in the systems.

Rooms were cleaning comfortable. TV was rather old but good enough. Location was great right downtown if that’s where you wanna be. Price was than those offered by equal quality hotels in the area. Service was especially polite and helpful. There wasn’t parking included had to pay 50 bucks to park it in the parking garage across the street behind the hotel or pay a little more to park in front of the hotel. That was a little disappointing but there was a security guard patrolling the parking garage.
