"great location, good hotel"

It’s fine. Nothing too fancy but absolutely fine. Sure. It’s your typical Holiday Inn. It’s not super modern. Our room was clean. Furniture was older, couch was kinda old and not super comfy but it’s fine. Staff is friendly. Parking is easy. Walking to DOCO, Old Town, and Sutter Health are super easy. Honestly you don’t even need a car. I got a deal through Costco that included my rental car and breakfast. I’d totally stay again.

"Does the job if you need to stay near downtown/old town"

Location can't be beat for Old Town and Downtown access. Staff was friendly and helpful.

You can hear the freeway traffic through the windows. The bed was squeaky. Some loud noise seemingly coming from inside the wall woke us up occasionally
