Perfect place to stay in key west

Everything thing within walking distance. Fabulous dining and shopping.

The hotel was beautiful! Lobby, bar and restaurant were perfect. Food was delicious! Rooms were spacious.

Even though everything was perfect and the rooms were spacious the floors in the rooms were very dirty. Since it is tile and not rug they were very very dirty! We could not walk barefoot or our feet would be black.

The facilities were lovely, especially considering being right on Duval. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we even got an early check in when our plane arrived 4 hours before our designated check in time! The location was perfect, anywhere we wanted to go was walkable. The pool area was so inviting and relaxing, we spent every morning there. The pool itself could have done with an improved filter, the water appeared to have a sheen of oil on top and debris in the pool. Nothing a shower after swimming can’t fix though. On the first day, there was no hot water but it was never an issue after that. The bar in the lobby had amazing mojitos and very attentive service. The coffee shop (El Dom) was not our favorite, but there were several coffee shops close to the hotel, most of them were less than a 2-3 minute walk. The facility has a small gym. We utilized this a couple days but the roof had been leaking so the musty smell and puddles on the floor were a deterrent. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and again. For the price and location, you won’t find a better option!

The cleanliness of the rooms and the facility were outstanding. The effort and friendliness of the staff was also outstanding.

The TV channel selection omitted two of the major networks, making watching prime time sports an issue. The bar was completely out of Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc from Friday night on (two big selling wines, how do you run out for multiple days?) And the housekeeping staff would pick up towels, but then not leave the same number of new ones (multiple days). Also didn't regularly restock the in room coffee.

La ubicación en la calle más importante. La decoración de espacios comunes y de la habitación. El servicio de bicicletas.

La habitación era pequeña y habia poco espacio para valijas, pocos estantes o cajones para ropa. En el baño habia lugar desaprovechado debajo del lavabo. No habia indicaciones en la habitación sobre la ubicación de la piscina, el gim, y cómo llegar. El último día descubrí por casualidad un espacio de decks de esparcimiento cerca de la piscina. La piscina muy pequeña. No había información sobre playas más cercanas y puntos de snorkel con acceso de la playa.

The lobby was beautiful, the bar in the lobby was nice, the location was great and the staff was friendly.
