Location

The room was not cleaned good prior hairy rubber bands on floor.Wrong amount charged when checking in, billed for more days at valet, mold in shower, missing light bulbs from lamp.Charged for missing items from mini bar, app did not work for room service, had to go down and order,1 elevator working, some of the staff were very difficult with addressing issues, Karen and Ty the manager were no help. Jasmine did try and rectify Paul the bartender was great and Jamie the staff for room service was extremely nice.
