How to start other than…I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I have pictures of everything and willing to provide. I thought I could post. ZERO water pressure so I went from Friday check in to Sunday checkout without showering. Toilet paper holder fell out of the wall. Water spout at the tub came out of the tub wall. Chair in the room is disgustingly STAINED! Only one working elevator that you have to push up for so you will never know if you are going up or down when you are getting in. Son came down at 8:58 am for breakfast (cereal) and the doors were already locked. There was a thunderstorm last night and the TV was optional. I called the front desk and they said the operator said it would be out until MORNING! I complained and he said let me call the operator and I will call you back. I never heard back. While fixing my check in with Expedia that took forever the front desk got into multiple altercations with guests. The only positive thing was I parked under a light so my card was not broken into. I could’ve stayed under a bridge for free and had the same service and water usage.
Place was pretty nice. Pool room has no ventilation so brutally hot in there. Otherwise good except for the front desk staff. Too busy watching stuff on their phone with their earbuds in. Ask them for anything and they act like you're slapping them or ruining their day or something. Would still stay there again though, despite the terrible boys at the desk.

First room was dirty and we had to request a new room. However, the new room was clean. Staff was nice.
Not so good, bathroom tub was dirty. Did not feel comfortable stepping in to shower
