I didn’t like much the breakfast, the rest was ok.
One elevator. Limited room service. I had to get new towels for myself on the 3rd day. No refrigerator at first, but one was supplied. No soaps on the shower wall. Just unexpected these days. Room curtains do not close all the way. Morning sun comes right in to wake you early.
Older property. Had things with Best Western on it but was Comfort Inn. Room only serviced if you asked front desk despite being there several nights. You need to turn hot water on in shower and come back in 5mins if wanted hot water. Breakfast was okay.
Not in good condition
There is a flashing green light on the wall that makes it very difficult to sleep. Also we were given and accessible room that we didn’t request. My husband is 6’2’ and was very uncomfortable. Also, the A/c shuts off and on all night waking us up.
Another guest entered room at 10pm. Good thing my husband put the bolt on. Hotel didn’t acknowledge mistake.
Carbon monoxide alarm
Get your elevators working.....very bad for a 11 story building. - keep garbages on lobby and parking lot emptied. - create and pony up a position for your breakfast, to have a breakfast attendant during breakfast, not a front desk person just coming once in awhile during breakfast. - add a microwave and mini fridge in your rooms....this is a Choice standard you are not doing. - add more parking lot lights, too dark, unsafe. - add up lighting to the outside of building, you cant see your building at night. - finish cleaning up inside if elevators, get rid of ugly hand painted elevator doors. - get your staff in uniforms, they look like bums, unprofessional.
Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly. Did not have any room service (clean towels, trash pick-up) and we stayed for three days. Overall, was a great stay. Would stay again
