Housekeeping entered my room without permission when I hay my cat in the room and I was not even present at the time and walked into my room to fund the maid half ass cleaning and snooping through all my shit and I was not offerd any discount by the hotel manager for the invasion of privacy

I came here for my birthday with my husband, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were kind enough to let us do a mini birthday photoshoot around the facility, and the pictures turned out beautifully. The indoor pool area (1m shallow end, 2.4m deep end) and hot tub were definitely the highlight it was relaxing and well-maintained. I’ve stayed at a few other luxury hotels in Winnipeg, and Delta is winning for now. Our room was clean and decent, though not very spacious. The shower had great water pressure, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a memorable stay and a lovely way to celebrate. They even sent me a beautiful birthday token, which made it extra special.

The outdoor pool wasn’t heated, so I couldn’t swim in it for long. I imagine some guests prefer it that way, so it’s really a personal preference.

Way overpriced and was over $100 more than I thought I booked for, so that is pretty cruddy.

A bit dated but has everything you need

Everything about our experience during our 3 nights here was great. The check in was seamless. The staff courteous, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. The rooms and hotel in general were very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. The location is great; about 20 minutes walk to the Forks and Museum of Human rights. 5 minutes to convention centre. Connected walkway so you don't need to go outside will take you to a food court, shopping, and convention facilities. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good and the prices were reasonable. There is an Elephant and Castle attached for more casual dining and drinks. We would certainly stay here again!

The location.

Far too expensive for what you get. Congestion and confusion when first arrived by car. You should tell clients arriving by car to simply enter parkade and park in the hotel parking area. I thought that there was a cabling job in progress on my Floor (18th) but was just an ugly pattern in carpet. Room far too dark, especially the bathroom. No shaving mirror. Needs LED upgrade. Room very noisy all night from traffic, emergency vehicles, shouting etc. I slept poorly. Poor options for breakfast. Had to eat breakfast elsewhere. Hotel seems to have absolutely no charm, very dull, dated and sterile.
