Hotel Kinder Express Near Coushatta Resort

It was quick to get to our room but window you can tell are never dusted cause the dust webs on them. Room was clean other then that. We had 2 room and both the AC didnt blow and cool the room so we switched a eoom and same thing luckly we had stuff to keep us busy so we didnt stay in our rooms much. This place has gone down a bit.

Rm was terrible, old sprung type mattress, not like pictures old elevator got stuck, outlet in bathroom didnt work, smoking rms were under rated...non smoking were nice so being a smoker u got treated like horrible ..well smokers lives matter!!!

This would be the first and last time we stay here. You get what you pay for. This place is run down and not clean. Stains on walls, broken equipment in room and roaches. YES!! i said it roaches found in my room, We took the one we found alive that was hiding in our iron. Also found a few in bathroom next to coffee pot they expect you to use. So nasty, this was the absolute worst part of my trip to kinder. We will not be staying here and i encourage others to find another place.

We had booked the room on Hotels.com and paid for it there. Upon arrival we were billed again. Hotel management said the funds will be returned to our bank account and two weeks later nothing. Tried to call and got the runaround. Also, there are no blinds or shades in the hotel room to keep the light out. Toilet ran all night and room was filthy. Beware!!

This is my 2nd stay here and definitely will come back. The room was very clean and comfortable.

After being in town to do some gambling with the family i decided to stay at this place. Really enjoyed staying here everything was great. Nice and quiet with clean room. Bed was comfortable. Keep up the good work I would stay here again. Very close to the local casino by the way.

Very poor condition of the entire property, doors that don’t latch, elevator had panels falling off, pool smelled like sewer water, filthy sheets, stained towels, dirty carpets, moldy windows in our room.

At check in we didnt get information about breakfast, or check out time. At check in she maybe said 5 words to me. They had the dinning area blocked off with dinning chairs and had dirty linens thrown on the tables. The towels smelled bad, the room coffee pots were old and dirty. The back door to the hotel did not even lock even at 2 am. Needs a serious make over!!!

The location was GREAT for my travel the the actual hotel room itself was horrible, had bad water mark on the wall, the blankets smell horrible along with the mildew smell of the room. No WIFI I just really did not enjoy my stay it was so bad I check out in the middle of the night

Hotel was pet friendly. However, if you get a pet friendly room, the Wi-Fi won’t work in your part of the hotel. Security at hotel doors needs to be addressed as well. Doors going into buildings were not secured so anyone off the street could walk in.
