Hotel Kinder Express Near Coushatta Resort

The room was very nice and clean but the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The cleaning personnel did an amazing job!

The towels placed on the bed was a cute thought. The trash can at the entrance of our building had not been changed for at least 3 days. It was overflowing since we arrived with the sane trash. I tried calling the desk on numerous occasions and would let it ring for a long time and noone would answer. Each time I had to go out of the building and head to the main building where the office was. Our door handle to our room was difficult to use because it was loose. A staff member said he could not do anything to fix it because they dud not have handles. But if we had trouble getting the door open to call the desk. The sink knob was briken and was rigged with electrical tape .. total fail. Also the TV was sitting on the table.. not on a stand. It seemed as though it had came off from the wall mount and was not put back. The screws were still in the wall hanging where the sheet rock was a bit torn. It seems like it was not mounted in a stud nor were drywall anchors used. Lastly the plastic curtain over the AC unit had holes and tears in it.

Worse place I have been in. Not clean insect everywhere.

Understanding we have no hot breakfast but spiderwebs on the window i know there was just a wood view but we opened the window but we looked anyway

Experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Do Not Book and i mean Do Not Book Here!!!!!!! Its nasty not clean at all and Toilet got flooded as soon as i went to room and wanted to take a shower and my moms riom had a insect in her bed 👎👎👎 And do not want to refund me my money😡😡😡 and Hotels.com neither so not booking here no more .....I have used them for a while for my hotels stay when I travel including out of the country but very disappointed not even giving me any credit towards another booking😡😡😡

The beds were very comfortable. I didnt like that the desk guy the younger red head guy wasnt wearing deodorant and made the whole lobby have an odor.

The springs we're coming out of the bed. Roaches in the hallway. Toilet would not flush. Tried calling the front desk, no one answered. I asked if they had bottle waters, was told that there is a jug in lobby. I'm very dissatisfied staying at that hotel. For the price that I paid, I expected it to be nice. I stayed in room 275. Don't stay in that room.

The TV had a few channels, no movies, HBO. It offer breakfast but it was finish, when I got there.

It was clean and quiet, we loved the quick check in cause after the 5 hour drive we just wanted to relax before we gambled
