"Days Inn in Kinder, Louisiana"

This hotel is in need of an overhaul. There is broken furniture (dresser in one of the room had screes to hold it together, but you cant get the drawers open to put in your clothes, mildew smells, bathroom sink faucet water flow controller is cracked, when you turn water up, it sprays you. The carpets need a good cleaning. The fans in the bathroom don't work, so its stays moist in the room.

"Sticky situation"

Room had been not been cleaned well. We found a dirty sock and daughter stepped on sticky candy from a previous tenant. :( Sheets and pillows appeared to be fresh. Breakfast was okay. Front desk was okay. Hotel needs renovation.

Needs to be remodeled paint coming off the walls. The air conditioner front plate kept falling off and it was so discussing with mold my allergies were really acting up.Never will stay there again.😡😡😡

On December 31-2019 there was no cleaning service in the room, no clean towels and no bedding service. On January 1-2020 around 1:30am I made the report in the office the young lady just apologized and she gave some clean towels. I would like to the management to reimburse me for the service I already paid. Thank you.
