Hotel Kinder Express Near Coushatta Resort

Dirty tub, stained walls and carpet, water spots all over furniture so you can tell it hasn't been wiped down but the worst part if finding stains on the pillow cases on the bed.

The room was great. Bed comfortable. Staff was friendly. Didn’t have any issues with visit.

My room had bedbugs. I never saw it. But sure there was mice. And found a cockroach in the bathroom.

We found rat droppings on the floor and on the box spring of the bed , there was mold on the curtains and cieling by the window unit, we stayed 3 days and only had our room cleaned 1 time we had to go to the office and ask for clean towls ans toilet tissue AND we found a prescripption medication bottle under the couch very DISCUSTING!!!

Ants on bed and night stand. Was moved to another room second room smelled like urine.

The property is in a good spot. The rooms are nothing like the one on the pictures.

The hotel needs major renovation and there’s a lack of cleanliness. We’ve stayed here in the past and it was not as bad as time around.

Internet would not connect in the room. Clerk at front desk said he would send someone to check on it. No one ever showed up and WiFi never worked during the stay. The commode was stopped up and drained every couple of hours. The bed blanket was as thin as the hair on my head. This was overall a terrible place and would never stay there again.

Toilet was real loose bathroom sink handle was broke and almost falling off room smelled real old

Hotel is full of mold and roaches. The mold smell hits you hard when you walk in your room. We stayed 1 night and got out of there as fast as possible!! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!
