Sunley Hotel

It was a quiet location close to the area of the town I was visiting Room was a good size

The car park is detached from the hotel, and there is no signage to the hotel from the car park. Bed had a cheap mattress which was a little too soft for me. There is no aircon and it to considerable force to close the poorly fitted double-glazed window. The shower head in the bathroom either needs replacing or deep cleaned. There is no restaurant onsite (breakfast was at the UNI cafe opposite)

Clean spacious accommodation, well maintained, free parking and polite staff. Some signage from the main road would be helpful

Very clean, easy to find

Like everything there was genuinely nothing not to like.

Extremely clean and tidy with generous size room

Can be a little noisy at night due to proximity to student accommodation

The room was well designed and well presented. Nice to have a chair for the desk as well as a chair and table in the room as well. Bottles of water, tea and coffee. The bed was large and comfortable (not something I can say about all hotel beds) The room was well lit, nice sized TV and served me well for a couple of days. Set in the beautiful campus of Northampton university. Just a few minutes walk from a Morrison's and a nice waterside pub.

Only downside, is that as this is in a campus, Friday and Saturday night did get a little loud outside with people coming back to their other rooms (not part of the hotel) Nothing too loud, but might disturb a few people.

All good, however the student environment can be a little noisy

location was good as it was in town centre and idle for when i was running the Birmingham half marathon for start and finish

safety has big issues with the window you could slide behind this and you are 17floors up this is a big accident waiting to happen
