"Generally a nice clean hotel and fair value for money."

Reception people friendly and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean.

Not able to get a reply when phoning the hotel on two or three occasions. At the weekends no cooked breakfast is available.

"Smashing little hotel which was great value for money."

The hotel was ideally located for us, on the outskirts of town near to the campus waterside bar that also did food, and right next to a parkrun. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was large and comfortable and whilst we didn't have breakfast, it was available and the area was spacious.

Maybe the bathroom was a little small but it had everything we needed

Clean. Free parking. Window opens. Comfy bed. Nice service. Morrisons nearby. Stylish enough.

"Too quiet, cold showers, not a good customer experience mid week and if you are arriving after 9pm"

Carpark, safe area, quiet

Reception closed at 9. Booking.com website says 9.30. Meant waiting ages for security. No services / bar open at all. Water was cold. Couldn’t shower. Staff in morning just nodded and said yes they have a water issue. Don’t sell the rooms if you have a hot water issue!!! And at least apologise and offer a refund / discount.
