Holiday Inn Kingston - Waterfront by IHG

De locatie is super. Dicht bij de haven, we hebben een boottocht gemaakt en hoefden nog geen 5 minuten te lopen. Ook dicht bij het centrum, dicht bij winkels en restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Bij inchecken zou er meer personeel moeten zijn. Als iemand alleen is en er komen veel mensen tegelijk inchecken dan duurt het wel lang.

Nice stay at a nice hotel. The hotel was clean and room was roomy. The view was amazing. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

I had higher hopes after staying at Holiday Inn Expresses but this is a much older hotel. They have tried doing some upgrades and the view is lovely but it’s tired. Half of my room outlets didn’t work, they did fix it the next day. No breakfast included, you can pay for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Fitness room has amazing view is harbour.

Lighting in room and bathroom were very dim, making it difficult for my vision impaired husband. Soap dispenser by bathroom sink did not work. I still have not received my bill or deposit refund from the hotel.

Kamer met balkon met prachtig uitzicht.

Maar één fauteuil, voor een tweepersoonskamer voor dat geld mag je twee fauteuils verwachten.
