"Wonderful stay at the hotel"

From the beginning when we arrived, everything was smooth our reservation was perfect. Had a wonderful room. The front desk was very helpful. We started with dinner in the Wharf and Feather restaurant. Had the lamb for dinner and the fish and chips amazing dinner. Went skating at Springer market Square. It was a wonderful experience in Kingston. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

This hotel is very nicely located in Kingston. It's was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We chose the harbour view room and it was very nice. You are basically on the water. My complaint is, there is a $30 parking fee. If I’m booking the night, I truly feel my parking space should be included. It was not clearly advertised on the website I booked with, I noticed it after I booked and was looking through amenities. Parking is mentioned, with a fee. It's not a huge amount, I get it, I just don't think it's right.

"We love visiting Kingston but as for saving with booking.com, we didn’t save this time"

We booked a king size room and only got a queen room because of out pet. Charged $60 extra for a small dog. We also did not get a breakfast because it was above what we had already paid in extras.
