"Great visiting Kingston"

Stay was good Breakfast was good Room was clean but the balcony was not Balcony was full a webs that could have been clean with a broom

Was advised of the maid when she came to the door that checkout was 11 and was asked if we r staying another night. Told her no that checkout was 12 and she said no but it’s ok cause im going for my lunch break anyways

"Enjoyed Kingston and will go back but would not stay at the Holiday Inn again."

Staff was very friendly and the location was great.

First shower took 5 minutes for the water to get hot. Half the water from shower emptied into the drain in the middle of the bathroom so the bathroom floor was still wet 6 hours later and the steam did not vent. Was charged an additional $100 on top of the $1000+ I already paid to park. Would not have been a deal breaker but it would have been nice to know when I booked the room.
