Excellent location and right next to the Byward Market. There is a Starbucks very close by and lots of dining options in and around this place. The staff is excellent and we really had a enjoyable 2 night stay at the hotel. This was our repeat visit and will look forward to staying again at the same hotel the next time we visit Ottawa.

le confort est réellement bien, la salle de bien très bien aussi

il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner buffet, mais une carte "à la starbucks" où tout est cher et manque de produits frais. De plus, l'hôtel est dans un quartier bruyant ... mais on ne peut pas avoir le super emplacement au coeur du quartier des restaurants sans avoir le bruit qui va avec !

The Hotel was great! Excellent room. Spacious. The Bathroom was great Large roomy Shower. Paulo at the desk was great. The location right next to Byward Market was perfect!

"Great stay in Ottawa"

Great hotel would highly recommend. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had great new facilities. The location is perfect and very close to the Byward Market. I was also thankful for being able to check in late after landing in Ottawa at 12:30 am.

The room was extremely noisy. Our room was close to the road and the hotel workers storage room so we heard a lot of noise all night and early in the morning. Thankfully we brought earplugs with us but the first night was rough.

Very central .. you can walk to a lot of places Starbucks in the corner Very good service Clean

Terrible mattress Wish I had knew that the view was to another side of the building.. but on the other side that was good because it was silent Also near a very bad neighborhood but just avoid it
