Location

Under reno's and not make aware. Travelling with pets listed this and was pet friendly but many additional charges yet no facilities for pet. Additionally fees were hidden after payment.

The room was very comfortable and the location was great. The food from the restaurant was convenient and delicious.

I know the hotel is in the midst of renovations so I am hoping they will upgrade the water pressure in the room. The shower was acceptable but could be better.

"Worst stay at Delta Hotels Marriott Sault Ste Marie Ontario"

This has to be one of the most outdated hotels that I’ve stayed at in a long time. I’ve stayed at other Delta hotels Marriott, and farthest is the worst. I know they’re doing renovations, but they should just have not even rented the rooms. They are overpriced for no reason right now. I would stay away from this hotel until they finish the renovations in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario. The bathtubs have rust in them. Unreal. How do you let this happen?

"Constant disturbance of baby sleep :("

I like how they didn’t tell us about the renovation being done to the hotel until after we paid.

We had our wee baby with us so I didn’t like how they was drilling and hammering two hours past the time they said.
