La atención es buena y rápida

Solo que está vez sentí un downgrade a ponernos a la habitación sin vista 😪de ahí en fuera como siempre excepcional

Hay desconocimiento sobre los eventos. Vinimos por el congreso de pediatría. El Empleado dijo no saber nada. Al día siguiente nos remitieron a otra sucursal y luego regresamos aquí porque siempre si era aquí.

Las instalaciones súper bien, el área de alberca me encantó suficiente espacio, la habitación todo muy bien.

muy muy vieja.los cuartos muy deteriorados......inclusive se nos cayo un cuadro.afortunadamente no se rompio el cristyal...................mal por mariott

Me gustó las albercas, desayuno buffet y atención del personal!!

I stayed at the Marriott in Villahermosa for business, and overall the experience was positive. The property is well-maintained, the room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable; the only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit dated and small. The internal passage connecting directly to the adjacent shopping mall is very convenient. The restaurant is a good option for both lunch and dinner, with the choice to order à la carte or enjoy the buffet, which features a different theme each day (Italian cuisine on Wednesdays). The breakfast buffet is also extensive, offering both sweet and savory options. The only issue I encountered was being asked to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in my room reservation. The refund process was not immediate or particularly straightforward. Overall, a good hotel, suitable for business stays, but make sure to double-check your reservation details.

The customer service was fantastic. I felt very welcome, and it had a clean and luxurious appearance in every aspect. I loved it.
