En cuanto a la estancia estuvo bien pero tuvimos una terrible experiencia en cuanto a la reservación ya que en cuanto termine de hacer la misma en la aplicación me llegó un mensaje con todos los datos de la reserva diciéndome que había sido rechazado el método de pago y que tenía que liquidar directamente al hotel para conservar mi reserva enviándome los datos para el depósito del mismo. Acto seguido “FRAUDE”. Lo que me pregunto es como obtuvieron los datos de la reserva tal y como los di a la aplicación de Hoteles?!. Es triste que después de cerca de 12 años de ser mi aplicación de reservas de confianza haya sido víctima de tal hecho!…

The hotel was definitely the nicest one in all of Villahermosa. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The only small thing that bothers us is the refrigerators would not get cold. I even called maintenance and they said that is how they are. So you could not keep leftovers or even get a cold bottle of water.

Good hotel with good breakfast. Good service and nice pool. It is in a good zone. The rooms a relatively small, but sleeping was comfortable. It needs to renew the furniture of rooms and design at some time, to keep Marriot status.
