Holiday Inn Aruba has been our favorite place to visit for many years! The service is exceptional, the rooms are clean, the beds are so comfortable, and the LOCATION! Wow! You just can't go wrong and choosing this hotel. It doesn't matter if you are more with the older crowd or if you have babies, it's the best choice for couples and families alike.

The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive and just absolutely out of this world We have been coming for 5 years. Everyone remembers you. Shout out to Cheryl, beach manager, Jeffrey who sets up palapas and Smitty also. Eddie from Coraks restaurant. The bellhops. I just can’t say enough about how much we enjoy the staff and coming to the Holiday inn Aruba every year.

our 12 th stay at the HI and it was perfect as always, its not the most luxurious property but its on the best beach on the island. Its clean safe and very friendly. always love it. the week was 85 degrees and sunny all 9 days we were there. minus 5 degrees at home.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was very good. Just next to the beach, which is its mayor plus!! A bit old, but ok for a few days. Niurka Urriola cleaned our room and was super nice!!! Staff are friendly.

Great time. Nothing too exciting but amazing beach access. If noise bothers you at night, request to not be in the Sea Tower since the nightclub next door can be loud. The kids loved the beach and the pools. They were very accommodating with anything we needed. The breakfast is worth it to include in your stay.

Our first time in Aruba, so we weren’t 100% sure what to expect. The rooms are a little out dated but very clean and cozy. Housekeeping comes daily and does an amazing job. (Thank you ladies!!) Overall, the entire staff was super friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The bars were fully stocked at all times and the bartenders have great memories. Each restaurant on the resort has their own vibe and the food was delicious! The beach is gorgeous, the pools were on point, and everyone is so nice. We were pleasantly surprised at how safe we felt, on and off the resort. 10/10, we will definitely be back! Extra big shout out to Daniel at the front desk, Edward and Jimmy at the Oceanside, Fransisco on the beach, and Pedro at the SeaBreeze. Thank you!!

We booked a 7 day vacation Package through JetBlue at the Holiday Inn from Jan 26 to Feb 2. A major snow storm hit NYC on the weekend of our departure. Due to the storm I rebooked our7 day package one day later from Jan 27 to Feb 3. Holiday Inn charged me a $444.07 penalty for the change even though our origianal flight on Jan. 26 was cancelled. I spoke to management at the Holiday Inn and they told me only JetBlue could waive the penalty. I called JetBlue and they said only Holidai Inn could waive the penaly. In the mean time I am out the $444.07 even though i spent the same amount of nighta at the Holiday Inn and the flight was cancelled. It's a shame because we did enjoy our first stay at the hotel. The restaurants were excellent and all the staff were exceptional, I just wish the management would be reasonable!
