Holiday Inn Resort Aruba - Beach Resort & Casino by IHG

This is our seventh year staying at the Holiday Inn. It is just perfect for my family and friends. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and you are right on the water. Yes, it’s not the newest property in Aruba, but you are not spending $800/a night either. We would much rather spend the money on the amazing restaurants and activities. Go and enjoy, maybe I’ll see you in the lobby bar with Victor during up his famous espresso martinis.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time here! The service was awesome throughout, very friendly and courteous staff. Food was delicious, highly recommend the fillet mignon and the Seaside Grill! Beach was clean and never crowded, same for the pool. Room was clean. Next time we’ll do a garden view if it’s an option, as our ocean view was mostly a view of the parking lot.

This has been my third trip to the Holiday Inn Aruba. This is my first staff recommendation. Please acknowledge the phenomenal service from Eugene upon arriving to the hotel. After a long flight all you wanna do is kick off your shoes and relax in Aruba. Most important you want to be greeted with a smile. The charisma that Eugene carries is exceptional, He is always eager to take your luggage and direct you to who can support your need. One exceptional outtake I have is we have forgotten our radio charger at home in New York and he offered to go to his house and bring it to us the next day that is going above and beyond for me and I am grateful. Thank you, Eugene for making our trip wonderful.

Holiday Inn has the best beachfront property on the island. Their staff is very helpful and accommodating. A few things to improve are to have queen size beds, schedule more activities and install a secure WiFi network. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Louise from ocean side grill is wonderful and should be treasured. This woman made my day with her wonderful attitude and amazing service and personality.

The Holiday Inn Aruba is the oldest Hotel on Palm Beach. They have a 1/4 mile of the best beach in Aruba. The resort is well maintained and has had some recent improvements. Replacement of the door in two of the towers, new tile in the retail lobby, replacement of the kitchen at the Iguana bar, new beach chairs and lounge chairs. The buildings have just been repainted , looks really good. The rooms are dated but clean. The housekeeping staff is amazing. The grounds are very well maintained. This was our first December trip and the hotel is very nicely decorated. All the staff from waiters to the beach crew, bartenders and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The only two things I think of that need attention. The Bar at the Sea Breeze Restaurant is really high, I feel like a need a booster seat. We love to eat there a couple nights but it's difficult due to the bar height, they really need higher chairs. The rooms could use some updating. Hopefully the current upgrades will address this.

Maxi at Seabreeze was the nicest person I have ever met in my entire life. She has so much positive energy and truly cares about the customers. I wish everyone could have the same experience I had.

We love this low key hotel and enjoyed it for over 25 years. A lovely quiet beach. We always get an oceanfront room. Magdalena Service our room exceptionally this year and we appreciate her courtesy and attention to detail

We had the best time ever with Victor and Josuel on a very special trip with my mother and aunt with special needs. They were beyond accommodating and made a beautiful and tasty drink for my aunt. It was her most favorite part of the trip. Thank you two and Aruba! Will be back. 💞

The is an amazing IHG property! The staff is amazing too, especially Carolina at Corals restaurant. The property is in a great location for shopping and restaurants.
