Room was noisy

Nothing it was very loud and I had to clean the bathroom myself the manager was nice but the room was very noisy and dirty

Room was comfortable.

Parking was poorly marked. Entrance to hotel was poorly marked. Access to hotel poorly. View out of room looked over trash from hotel. Shower curtain too long. Stairwell strong odor.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL My room was unacceptable. Bathroom faucet was leaking, the toilet bowl was stained, the shower curtain was ripped at the end and not fully attached to the rod and there was no bath mat. Further there was no regular coffee, just decaf provided. I explained all of the above to the front desk before leaving for several hours for a meeting and they offered to switch my room when I got back. However, upon my return, they told me that maintenance and housekeeping would be up to fix everything and that a room change was not necessary. As i was going back out again, I agreed to let it go with expectation that it would be fully fixed when i returned When I returned, I found the faucet still dripping although much slower. however, the toilet bowl was still stained, the shower curtain still ripped, no bath mat - in fact, the used towels were taken away but NO NEW towels to replace those that were taken were provided. NO coffee was added and the garbage in the main area was not emptied. I don't know what exactly housekeeping did but certainly not their job. Additionally, when I attempted to call the front desk from the hotel phone, the PHONE DID NOT WORK.
