The Quality Inn at Wayne NJ was unacceptable and thus we needed to transfer to a nearby acceptable facility. Yours definitely met our goal!

The nearby Quality Inn was totally unacceptable. I have attached photos from the Quality Inn Wayne NJ.

I stay here because of the cost and the proximity to family at Christmas. I am here only one night. The staff is welcoming, nice and accommodating. The hotel itself could use some love. The common areas while appearing clean are old and shabby which gives the hotel a run down look. The rooms are reasonably clean but things like a rumbling heater system, an extremely noisy faucet, decorative tiles around the base of the tub falling out, caulking in the shower missing, shower heads not tight within the wall, and water stains on ceilings make for a dingy appearance. Good news: beds and pillows are comfortable and no bed bugs.

I should have sensed how this was going to go when I arrived. The parking garage was dimly lit, filled with piles of trash and dirt. The door from the garage to the hotel wasn't just unsecured, it was wide open. It felt unsafe and unsettling. Things got even worse when I got to the room. The floors were unclean: Dust and dirt collected in the corners, and paper scraps and dead insects were scattered around. The idea of taking my shoes off was scary and I was apprehensive about using the bathroom. The bathroom was grimy. Everywhere smelled damp and moldy, and the dim lighting seemed designed to conceal the hotel's flaws. It bore zero resemblance to the polished, AI-enhanced photos advertised online. I checked out a few hours later because I could not face the idea of sleeping here.
