There's construction in the hotel. Be sure to ask for a room as far away as possible from it as it's very noisy M-Sat 9-6:30pm.

We only stayed here for one night, and we're glad it wasn't more. When we arrived a little after 4 PM, we found out our room wasn't ready yet, even though check-in time is supposed to be at 3 PM. We didn't get a call that our room was ready until 5:50 PM. While the front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic, this should never happen in a hotel. We've stayed at literally hundreds of hotels over the years, and no hotel has ever had an issue with getting a room ready for its guests by check-in time. I was told the issue was due to short staffing with housekeeping, but honestly, that is a management issue. It means they either aren't paying enough to keep the staff they need or, if someone called out sick unexpectedly, they had no plan in place to get things done. Really, at that point, management should've been in the room cleaning them to get it ready for guests. Once we did get into the room, we found that only one towel was there. The tissue box only had 3 tissues left in it and the TP was very low. The room felt very run down. The ceiling clearly had work done on it, but wasn't properly patched. The walls had tears in them. There were not nearly enough outlets by the bed, which in 2025 is inexcusable. The HVAC system was very old-fashioned and just made the room go between being hot and cold. The flooring under the carpet was very uneven. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functional. The walls were extremely thin (you can even clearly hear your neighbors flush their toilet). The shower head was very low as I had to duck to get under it at only 5'9", along with some very weak water pressure. As for the good parts of this hotel, it did have a good location downtown. The housekeeping did have the room clean. The bed was comfortable. I think this hotel definitely needs a change of management and a full renovation (not just some new paint) to get this to be a place that could be recommended.

Got harassed by a group drinking at the bar. Hotel staff Molly i think her name was, called the police on me while there was 30 of them. Im floored, embarrassed, shook and more. The hotels cameras are not operating and the peephole in the door can be seen they both ways. Worst experience in any hotel of my life.
