paid extra for breakfast and it was very good

outdated and filthy carpeting in halls. some better cleaning in bathroom. tub was disgustingly dirty

There was no free breakfast, so I didn't eat there.

I stayed on the sixth floor and the street noise was horrendous.

There was no tv.

The front desk person named Josh was very rude and unfriendly when i spoke to him on the phone couple of hours before check in and also when we were checking in. Almost made us feel like he wasn't interested in helping at us at all. When we got to the room, bath tub wasn't clean, there were crumbs on the carpet. We called front desk and another staff was able to get us to a different room made us feel a little better so we appreciate her kindness and being very quick about the room situation.

The room was dated, had stains on the bathroom celling and the shower head was not puting much water out as it leaked down and not out of the shower head itself. The room still had some trash noted behind chairs and dressers so it was just a quick clean im sure. For the money we paid the room was not worth it. The Mckenna's food was not very good it was an average hotel food we only ate there 1 time on the stay even im sure we paid more for the breakfast to be included (wont do that again).

The food was not good just average hotel food for breakfast, nothing to write home about for sure. The room was not cleaned well it had some trash that was left so im sure it was a quick clean, the room was dated with ceiling in bathroom had these greasy like stains on it and the shower head leaked and was not a very good shower.

The sheets on my bed were stained with blood. I requested a refund and was told to go through Booking.com to do so. Booking.com told me that Holiday Inn didn't respond to their contact attempts. Holiday Inn claimed absolutely no responsibility for the unacceptable condition of blood stained sheets. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.
