An older hotel with super friendly staff from the front dest to house keeping.

Check in was easy. The staff were great and helpful. Housekeeping was wonderful and helpful. Would stay again.

The property is dated with older furniture and baths. OK but not great

Bathroom sink drain very very slow, Bathroom door when closing made a sound like it was stuck when opening. This location on line said there was a complemental breakfast. There was not. The room I booked online shows a couch in the king suite. There was not. So disappointing

Room was clean but dark. The light in behind the chair did not work, it was missing a light bulb and the other one was burnt out. The bathroom door would not shut.

Our room was clean and smelled very nice. The front desk employees were very friendly

We recently stayed here. The hotel was fine. I am writing this review because I want to give recognition to a great employee, Josh C. (Asst. Mgr). He was excellent multiple times with top-notch customer service. We will stay here again.

We stayed here a couple years ago. Our room was a bit tatty at the edges, but we were told they were in the process of renovating the space. Apparently it’s taken longer than expected. This time, our room had kind of an odd dark spot on one wall, even more worn-out furniture, and a 3-foot strip of laminate missing from the inside of the bathroom door. Things needed a good scrubbing overall. The price was OK, but one would expect more from a brand like Holiday Inn. We visit the area quite often, but I’m afraid we’re going to avoid this one the next time around.

Hotel is well past its glory days and hallways and rooms need a makeover. Rear parking lot (where we were instructed to park) had piles of empty pallets and debris taking up numerous parking spaces. Security door was propped open and room smelled musty. Staff were great but property needs some love.
