Comfort Suites Lewisville - Dallas

I stayed at this hotel for My business purpose, i had a good experience , breakfast was so good, rooms are spacious and i recomend this hotel.

Still haven’t gotten security deposit refund.

Terrible smell in the room, the smell was like old wet carpet that it wasn't dry properly. Shower will make Terrible noise when turned on. Bed sheets didn't feel cleaned yuck. Floor where badly clean they even felt sticky. When undoing the bed my daughter found a nasty dirty tissue paper underneath the bed sheets. Terrible. Staff was friendly but Terrible hotel condition bathroom floors cracked, desk lamp old/ corrosion and bathroom doors broken

Comfort Suites Lewisville offers clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds and helpful staff. Great location near shops and restaurants. Free breakfast and indoor pool are nice perks. A solid, budget-friendly choice for a relaxing stay.

I was about to stay at the property this past weekend and the room was in terrible condition, and after promptly going down right after check in and asking for a refund so I can get ready for a function, they denied even after the condition of the terrible condition of the room, telling me I would have to contact who I booked with and ignoring their calls for over an hour.

I have stayed at a lot of Comfort Suites and this by far was the best. I booked 3 separate rooms because I was hosting family from out of town. Check in was welcoming, seamless and fast. He greeted us with a smile and ensured me that we’d be on the same floor. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet and very spacious. I enjoyed the sitting area they had outside the hotel as well. It was away from the front of the hotel, shaded, plenty of seating with a little table to accommodate smokers like myself. The room had everything! A fridge, coffee maker and necessities for those like me who forgotten them at home. Overall, I slept like a baby. Best sleep I have had in a long time! Thank you for making my experience seamless and less stressful!
