"Staff was professional"

We got room from American Airlines after long delay at DFW. Anthony helped us to get us from airport to hotel and we had a pretty good room and nice breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed it.

Anthony was absolutely amazing and accommodating for our family. We arrived at midnight with an airlines travel voucher and despite discrepancies made it possible for us to get some much needed rest.

"Quick layover stop"

Ended up staying here to catch a few hours of sleep due to a cancelled flight at DFW. Location is 15 minutes from the airport and an Uber will cost about $30. Front desk is 24hr, which was a godsend at 3am. Chap at the front checked us in quickly and was very courteous. Overall the room was of average cleanliness, the bed was comfy, and the AC worked great. Two areas of improvement to note: room smelled moderately of cigarette smoke and the room was missing the smoke detectors.

They were very helpful when my flight got cancelled. Even gave free breakfast! Hotel was clean and cool. Walls seem a little thin but neighbors are easy to ignore.

Great hotel , checking in was smooth and fast with ace, and Anthony was helpful and helped us with a great rate and the room is clean pillows are comfortable and breakfast is better than most hotels that don't even offer Breakfast. Worth staying at this property.

"Great value for money"

To be honest i was not going to book here because i saw the old reviews but it’s totally opposite. When I first came here the front desk was really professional and they know what they are doing. New management is doing really great job with their services be it room service, airport taxi, hot breakfast and complimentary cookies. For sure a good place to revisit next time I’m in Lewisville area.

"Quick service"

Anthony was very fast and efficient. The rooms clean and very nice. American airlines gave me a credit to stay on a delay and it was the fastest I got into a room ever.
