No one doesn’t speak in English. 2 I did payment on check in date then they asked for deposit I gave them but when we came to collect it they said we have to pay for one more day even we did check in on 11st but my booking was from 10th

"Large and strage but worked for me."

The location was convenient for me as its halfway to town and the airport. Easy to get everywhere from. Some nice restaurants just out the back. I stayed here as I was here for work and it was close to where I had to be. I liked the late night supper market just downstairs out the back too. Lots of western staples (I didn't have breakfast from the hotel as I had to leave for work so early so got some bits to have in the room). The hotel was very clean. It was huge.

Its a huge and very impersonal hotel. Staff were pretty abrupt. I had problems logging onto the wifi as the instructions in English say to enter your last name (but it actually its your first name). When I went to reception to ask, rather than tell me, the concierge just took me phone and did it. This was a problem as I still didn't know how to connect and had a laptop that also needed connecting. When I came back to get help connecting my laptop the same man greated me with "what now". I'm not really sure who the hotel is catered for. When I stayed there there were dozens and dozens of elderly Indian people (not an issue just a curiosity). The hotel and room were clean but smelled stale and of old cigarettes everywhere
