Breakfast was very good

Check in was very bad. The personal didn,t believe my booking documents and he scared me for half an hour, at night, in the middle of the night, when I arrived, asking me to call booking. It was an embarrassing situation. In addition, when I arrived at 1 am in the room, there were no toothbrushes. A 4 star hotel should provide them. I didn't want to open my luggage, being tired. The next days the room was not cleaned.

Clean, everything is provided, good facilities and professional stuff!

Booking mentions that breakfast is included, but apparently it’s not always the case, so make sure to ask in advance! But stuff was still really nice and accommodating.

"One night before going to the airport, not more."

Cheval and having a fitness center

Behavior of the staff. Arrogant, lack of seriousness, even racist. Only the the cleaning lady or the sweeper were friendly. Crazy far away from all the interesting places, always need a taxi. (There is a metro station nearby, but it takes at least 1 hour to go to city center)
